Group online training

Team-building exercises for friendly competition and help

When you work out with a group of friends, your energy can go to a whole new level. Are you ready to make your workouts more fun and interesting? With our team building exercises, you’ll have a great time while getting in shape.

Workouts are always better when you do them as a TEAM...

Not a big fan of working out alone, or don’t have the money for one-on-one training, but still want the guidance, accountability, and motivation that come with having a personal trainer?

Small Group Training gives you all the benefits of one-on-one personal training without putting a strain on your budget. You get individual attention in a group setting of 3 to 6 people. You can make your own workout group with friends or family, or you can try out 2 weeks of unlimited group personal training for free. The best thing about group training is that you still get the personal attention and guidance you need, as well as the benefits of working out with other people. Your group’s upbeat and positive energy will help you stick with it and keep coming back for more.

Personalized workout plans you can do at home

Since there are 168 hours in a week and only a few of them are spent directly with us, our first goal is to make sure you know what to do on the days you are not training with us. Our Doctor of Physical Therapy looks over these personalised workout plans to make sure that your exercises are safe and placed in the best way to get you the BEST RESULTS!

S.M.A.R.T. Goals and Tracking Tools

So that you can make sure you’re making progress toward your long-term goals, your fitness professional will set realistic short-term goals for you and your group to work on together and then re-evaluate on your group’s testing day. This mostly involves testing how well your body works, but it can also include other things if your fitness professional and group think it’s best.

Habit Exchange

People are creatures of habit, and we’ve learned that the best way to change someone’s life is not to give them too many suggestions, but to work together to figure out what habits can be broken or started. Our clients make progress toward a healthier life by putting in and taking out healthy habits every day outside of the gym.

Nutritional Planning Analysis

This starts with taking a look at the client’s usual eating habits to figure out what’s wrong. After that, the client is given suggestions that fit their needs. So, the client will be told to do the following: their choice of food, caloric intake, percentages of macronutrients, timing, and other supplements will be based on a scientific analysis of their current results, body type, lifestyle, and individual workout programmes.

Not sure if you are ready to exercise with others? (Don't worry, you aren't the only one)
